Complex Care

Providing personal one to one care and support to those with multiple needs and complex behaviours.

Complex care is very similar to care at home as it is designed and delivered to enable you or a loved one to remain independent at home, complex care is for individuals that have complex needs this can be in the form of multiple needs, multiple diagnosis’s or behaviours that can be challenging. Complex care usually requires larger amounts of care and support meaning that you spend less time alone, this could be as much as 24 hour one to one support, two to one support or support for most of your waking hours. Our complex care team receive additional training for your specific needs and work closely with all professional involved with you ensuing they fully understand how best to support you and promote your independence.
