Supported living is a model of support that provides accommodation and support focused on providing the most independence an individual can have in an environment that can be alternative to residential care or a stepping stone for someone moving from residential care to a more community-based setting. Supported living schemes come in all different sizes they can be multiple self-contained flats in one building, a house that is shared or bespoke accommodation that is sourced to meet your individual needs.
